The 13 Points of Power introduces an energetic anatomical matrix in which to discover intentional movement. The 13 Points of Power begins with standing to locate one’s “self” and co-ordinate the physical body with one’s energetic system. Then we can move is such a way as to match our energetic system with our physical bodies for increased coordination and flow.
