Our retreat takes place at the charming 4-star Retreat Center (Maya Bell), just 2 km from the archeological area of Palenque. It includes a pool and lotus pond, a practice space nestled in lush green flora, bamboo, and lots of vibrant wood chi!

Palenque is an unforgettable place that provides a portal into a dimension of change.
Located in the state of Chiapas, this lost Mayan City is slowly being revealed in the Yucatan jungle. Only 5% of the site has been excavated and it is already known for its beautiful naturalistic sculpture, architectural inventiveness, and detailed inscriptions.
In addition to 2.5 - 3 hours of qigong daily, we will:
Visit the archeological zone of Palenque (the oldest Mayan ruins in Mexico).
Tour through unexcavated ruins in the jungle
Experience exquisite waterfalls
Birds and howler monkeys provide the soundtrack for an unforgettable experience of nature and antiquity.
GETTING THERE:
From Mexico City, fly to Villahermosa on January 29.
Be sure to arrive so that you can board our chartered bus at 3 pm!
If you are adventurous and prefer to coordinate your own transportation, plan to do so during daylight hours. More information will be sent upon registration.
